There was a time when suggesting a diet for a man was considered an unthinkable act. Men had to eat to be strong, right? It was even said that a woman could keep her man by feeding him well. However, this idea is now a thing of the past, rest assured!

Today, gentlemen are coquettish, proud of their bodies, even more of their muscles, and eating well is becoming a priority for many of them. At least for those who want to please women. Faced with this growing spectacle of sexy Apollos in all areas of society, it is clear that women are becoming more and more demanding in terms of masculine looks. But also, it is certain that the little fat paunch, despite a succulent personality, has less and less chance of seducing the siren of his fantasies…

So, dear slightly chubby gentleman, you’re going to have to get down to it and consider going on a diet. WHAT, A DIET IS NOT OK??? But it’s OK, and very good indeed. You don’t want to spend the rest of your days (and especially your nights) exhausting your manly energy alone…

So there is only one solution to transform yourself into Zac Efron: change your diet and do a minimum of physical exercise to consolidate the gains you will make with this new way of managing your food.

Already, men have a big advantage over women when it comes to weight loss. They have more muscle than fat and they lose weight much faster because muscle mass consumes more energy, which allows them to burn more calories than a woman.

For the same diet, for example, a woman will lose 3 kilos while a man will lose 2 more, for a total of 5 kilos. The speed at which men lose weight is 25% higher than that of women. It must be said that abdominal fat in men melts more easily than the fat that accumulates on the hips, thighs and buttocks on the female side.

What to eat?

To lose weight, you should move to a daily energy intake of 1800 calories instead of the 2400 to 2800 calories that a man typically consumes.

For breakfast, we recommend: bread or cereals (wholemeal, fat-free), 1 egg or 1 slice of ham, no more than 10 g of butter for toast, a low-fat dairy product.

For lunch, we recommend: 150 g of animal protein, lean meat or fish, 150 g of cooked starchy foods. For cooking, olive oil and vegetable oils are preferred.

For dinner, we recommend: 120 g of animal protein, lean meat or fish, ideally with steamed vegetables or 150 g of starchy foods.

It is always recommended: a large consumption of water (2 liters per day), fruits and vegetables (preferably raw), because they are rich in carotene, fiber, magnesium, selenium. They are also an excellent source of vitamins B9, C and E.

Lose that belly that women can’t see…

In men, fat is stored in the abdominal area. But to break away from this little love buoy that clings to your belly, gentlemen, you will have to sacrifice a few pleasures:

– foods loaded with sugar (biscuits, soft drinks, industrial fruit juices, pastries, sugar in coffee or tea);

– alcohol (especially beer and cocktails);

– saturated fats (cold meats, fast food, cheese, ready meals, fatty meats, pastries).

10 Tips to Get Rid of That Unwanted Belly Fast:

1. Favor starchy foods with a moderate glycemic index such as spelt, polenta, quinoa, basmati rice, buckwheat;

2. Give preference to foods rich in fiber such as fruits, vegetables, legumes;

3. Lighten the evening meal, ideally with fish and steamed vegetables or a mixed salad;

4. Consume cheese, yogurts or dairy products preferably for breakfast;

5. Take the time to chew your food well and eat slowly to promote satiety and good digestion;

6. Prefer cooking by steaming, stewing, in the oven or in a cooker, and at low temperatures;

7. Avoid ready-made or frozen meals. You have to take the time to cook for yourself;

8. Accept to change your nutritional mode with serenity, see it as a special treatment that you offer to your body, to your organism;

9. Organize a small exercise routine, 15 to 30 minutes a day, to keep yourself active;

10. Encourage travel by bike or on foot to keep your cardio in top shape.

Now you know the basics of how to shed your extra pounds without having to make superhuman efforts or without having to do penance for all the gastronomic delights of this world. All you need is a minimum of good will, stimulated by the anticipation of stunning beauties to seduce.
