Please read the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCSU) carefully before using the Site’s services.

Their purpose is to provide a precise framework for the use of all the services offered by the Lover-coach.com site and the relationship between the Site and its customer (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). Use of this site implies that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of use of the Lover-coach.com site.

Unreserved acceptance of these conditions is evidenced by ticking the box indicating the sentence: “I certify that I am of legal age and have read and accepted the GTCU” or any other equivalent, in order to validate registration to this site via the registration form on the site’s registration page.

Consequently, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions of use and that you have kept them on a durable medium at your disposal.

Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions for the purchase of services through the Lover-coach.com website are subject to the commercial policies set forth below. Lover-coach.com reserves the right to change its policies, pricing or availability of services at any time without notice. All purchases of services from the Lover-coach.com website are governed, interpreted and regulated by applicable European laws.

Limits of liability

Lover-coach.com shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any service or any failure (delay, defect, interruption, etc.) in the performance of any service.
Any loss, whether financial, material, informational or of any other nature, any injury caused by accident or resulting from defects of any kind, shall not be subject to legal action.

Lover-coach.com is not liable for any claims.

Furthermore, Lover-coach.com shall not be liable for any wrongdoing by any User of its site. Similarly, no member of the coaching team shall be liable for the actions or behavior of any User of the site, or for any incident or illegal act arising out of their communications with any User.

Lover-coach.com also declines all responsibility in the event that the User is unsuccessful in his or her seduction efforts.

Authorization for use

The User undertakes to use this site only under lawful conditions. Any sending or receiving from this site must comply with the specific services offered by or via the site.

Lover-coach.com grants the User of the Site an inalienable, revocable, limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive right concerning all documents intended for personal use. Any use exceeding the limits of this granted right may be prosecuted by the Site.

Restrictions on use

The User undertakes not to commit the following acts:

• Use information about a third party (e-mail address, identity, password, account number or name, etc.);
• Using a false identity;
• Illegal access to this site by fraudulent means;
• Use an e-mail address that is not specifically that of the User;
• Provide false information to this site’s technical support.
• Display or solicit advertising or commercial promotions;
• Request recruitment or membership of any associations or clubs;
• Post illegal content;
• Post comments that are racist, homophobic, defamatory, hateful, obscene, threatening, sexist or incite to crime or any illegal act (rape, pedophilia, zoophilia, theft, murder, fraud, etc.);
• Violate intellectual property rights, copyrights, copyright, trademarks;
• Breach of confidentiality.

The User assumes responsibility for any offenses committed in his or her name while using this site and agrees to answer to the appropriate authorities for his or her involvement in such illegal activities. Lover-coach.com reserves the right to disclose any information about an offending User at the request of the relevant authorities.

Membership and subscription

Access to the Lover-coach.com website is subject to a subscription fee. Rates and subscription periods may vary according to promotional offers. When registering, the User must understand and accept the site’s terms of use.

The User must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of contracting a subscription to Lover-coach.com. He/she must not be under guardianship or subject to a special status (curatorship).

The User accepts the C.G.U.V., the privacy policy and the use of cookies. He/she must fill in the membership form correctly, without omitting any fields.

Personal data and password

The User is responsible for the information provided on this site and must not share it with third parties. The User must inform Lover-coach.com technical support in the event of fraudulent use of his/her personal data.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her login information and must notify Lover-coach.com of any unauthorized use.

Rates, packages and renewal

The price paid by the User for access to the Site, for a given or indefinite period, is that indicated by the Service Provider in EUROS including VAT.
Price may vary according to current promotional offer.
Some packages are non-renewable and offered at a single price. Other packages may offer a free or low-cost trial, followed by a fixed-price renewal.

The Customer will pay the indicated price by credit card (CB, VISA or MASTERCARD).

If the User chooses a renewable package, he/she must keep track of it.
A subscription may be cancelled at any time without justification, at the User’s request. Renewal is then cancelled, but the subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period. To cancel, the User may :

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription and payment for access to the site. No justification is required to exercise this right. If the User uses the paid services during the withdrawal period, a financial consideration proportional to the use of the services may be requested (article L.221-25).

Refund policy

The User may cancel his or her package within 14 days without valid reason by providing his or her full name, e-mail address and other required information. No refund will be made if the User has initiated a stop payment with his/her financial institution. If a stop payment has been made without stopping payments, or if the card has expired, a refund by bank transfer is possible with the bank details provided.

After 14 days, no refund will be made without a valid reason (malfunction, fraudulent use, use by a minor, site interruption).

Unsubscribe

The subscription can be cancelled at any time using one of the following options:

The User must understand that leaving the site or closing the page is not sufficient to stop a subscription.

Account and data deletion

Lover-coach.com is a seduction coaching website. Exchanges with the coaching team are confidential. The User may request the deletion of these exchanges by e-mail or post. By making this request, the User understands that his/her account is postponed until the end of the paid package. If the User no longer wishes to use Lover-coach.com, his/her personal data will be deleted. Account deletion may also occur without prior notice in the event of an illegal act or unacceptable behavior.

Intellectual property rights

The site is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The User undertakes to respect these laws and renounces any unauthorized reproduction of the content. Certain elements of the site are protected as trademarks or copyrights belonging to Lover-coach.com or other specific owners.

Modification or cancellation of services

Lover-coach.com reserves the right to modify, cancel or replace its services without notice. Changes will be displayed on the relevant pages. Lover-coach.com may also change its terms of use without notice, with changes posted in the revised T.C.U.V.. Users who subscribed prior to a modification of the G.U.C. will be subject to the conditions in force at the time of their initial subscription.
